When a beer magazine calls and asks you to take an assignment for them, the answer is easy. That yes comes even easier when I am getting sent to spend some time at somewhere as charming as Mae's Phinney Ridge Cafe. They have a Wisconsin Bratwurst breakfast that prepares the bratwurst in beer!
